Split Ball! Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These Terms set out the conditions for using the game "Split Ball!" (the "Game") provided by GOORMGames (CEO PARK JIWON) (the "Operator").

2. Game records

• Game records are stored on the device you use (or your Toss account in the Toss version). If you lose your device or delete the game, your records may not be recoverable.
• Paid items such as "Remove Ads" are reapplied when you tap Settings > Restore purchases with the same store account. Items that are used up, such as coins, cannot be restored.

3. Paid items

• We sell digital items such as Remove Ads, the Starter Pack, the Premium Pack, and coins. Prices and contents are shown on the purchase screen.
• Payments and refunds follow the policy of the store where you made the purchase (Google Play, the App Store, Toss).
• Withdrawal of purchase: you may withdraw a purchase of an unused item within 7 days of purchase. However, where the supply of digital content has already begun, such as items applied immediately upon purchase (Remove Ads, packs) or coins that have already been used, withdrawal may be restricted under the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce of the Republic of Korea. This is also stated on the purchase screen.
• If a minor made a payment without the consent of their legal guardian, cancellation may be requested.

4. Ads

The Game shows ads. Rewarded ads are watched only when you choose to, and you receive the reward when you watch to the end. Products and services in ads are the responsibility of the advertiser.

5. Prohibited conduct

• Modifying the Game, or obtaining scores, items, or rankings by illegitimate means
• Interfering with the normal operation of the Game or its servers

If such conduct is confirmed, we may remove you from the rankings or restrict your use of the Game.

6. Changes to and suspension of the Game

The Operator may change the contents of the Game or, when unavoidable, discontinue the service. If paid items are affected, we will notify you in advance.

7. Limitation of liability

The Operator is not liable for damages caused by events beyond its control, such as natural disasters or outages of external services like the stores or Toss. Damages caused by the Operator's intent or gross negligence are an exception.

8. Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. If a dispute arises, please contact us first at [email protected].

These Terms take effect on 2026-10-08.
